Each Day-Of Coordinator package is customized for each couple's unique needs, so we make sure your package is exactly what you need.  You will be able to confidently hand over the details to our team of expert event coordinators who will handle all the logistics. You can trust that everything will fall into place as you planned so you can enjoy your guests and each other.

 

Typically, we will start working together eight weeks before your wedding day with a comprehensive wedding planning meeting. After this meeting, we will create a personalized wedding day ceremony and reception timeline for you that can be shared with your families and wedding party. We will also coordinate a venue walkthrough.  At this stage, our team will also reach out to all of your vendors and become their primary point of contact. We will make sure the vendor team has your comprehensive timeline as well.  That way, they know to come to us with questions and allow you to enjoy the excitement of the weeks leading up to your wedding!

 

We will coordinate your wedding rehearsal so everyone knows where they need to be and when.  You will also be able to give us your personal items such as escort cards and decor items so that we have everything we need to make sure the next day goes smoothly.  You get to leave for your rehearsal dinner knowing everything is in extremely capable hands!

 

On your wedding day, we will arrive in time to oversee vendor setup and we stay through the end of the evening.  We manage your vendor team so everyone knows what happens when and who to go to if they have any questions.  We are there to anticipate your needs and look after your families and guests - you get to "float" through your day knowing that we are there to make sure it unfolds the way you envision.
